Exchanges & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You must contact us by email before shipping anything back. Please don't ship anything back until you contact us. Some items need to ship to different locations. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged goods, etc.). We do not do returns on laundered/washed garments. Please wash garment as noted on the care/content labels sewn into the neck of the garment, as we do not refund due to misuse. We are not offering any size exchanges on swimsuits, please order your size carefully.

You should expect to receive your refund within one to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Paypal refunds are usually immediate. We recommend purchasing postage with a tracking number, or, simply buy Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope through the United States Postal Service, if you are in the USA, and tracking is free.
If you receive a defective item (miss-print, seam opening, unsewn hem, manufacturer hole, etc..) Either snap a picture of it, email us the picture or just ship it back with a note inside that you'd like it replaced - we'll replace it, ship it back to you and refund you the shipping costs that you spent shipping it back to us. We don't expect you to wear a defective item, so just let us know and we'll fix it. No problem.
